India Picanut Output Peaked in 2015, Then Slipped

India's picanut production was just 0.01 thousand tonnes in 2011 and 2012, then climbed sharply to a peak of 0.65 thousand tonnes in 2015. Output later fell to 0.21 thousand tonnes by 2018 and, despite a rebound to 0.49 in 2021, ended lower at 0.3 thousand tonnes in 2023.
