India Brinjal Output Rises To 13.1 Million Tonnes

India's brinjal output rose from 7.9 million tonnes in 2003 to a peak of 13.6 million tonnes in 2013. Production then slipped to 12.5 million tonnes by 2016, before recovering to 13.1 million tonnes in 2024, still below the 13.6 million tonnes peak.
